How do I write a telecalling script?

A telecalling script generator solves the blank-page problem by putting your details into a proven order: introduction, reason for the call, permission to talk, two questions about the need, and one next step. Read the result once, change any line that does not sound like you, and say it aloud before the first call.

A telecalling script generator turns a few details about a call into the words a telecaller says first. This free generator from Weo Dialer asks for your name, your company, the industry, what the customer enquired about, the next step you want and, if you have one, a day and time for it. It then writes a call script in five parts: the introduction, the reason for the call, a request for permission to talk, two questions picked for your industry, and one agreed next step: a site visit, a demo, a meeting or a callback. The same order is used in our telecalling script in Hindi guide, where six full scripts and objection replies show it in practice. The script comes out in English or in everyday spoken Hindi written in Devanagari, with verbs that match a male or female caller. Everything runs in your browser, and the copy button gives you plain text for a training sheet. Weo Dialer is a calling CRM app that puts the lead’s last remark on screen during the call.

Telecalling script generator structure

Each part has one job, and leaving one out is what makes a call go wrong:

  1. Introduction. Say your name and the company before anything else. An unknown caller who does not say who they are gets cut off.
  2. Reason. The customer’s own enquiry, in their words. It explains why you have their number and why the call is worth their time.
  3. Permission. “Is this a good time?” If the answer is no, the script asks for a better time instead of pushing on.
  4. Two questions. Enough to understand the need, not so many that the call becomes a form. The generator chooses questions for property, coaching, insurance, loans, B2B or a general enquiry.
  5. Next step. One concrete action with a day and a time. Without it, the call ends with “I will let you know”.

Telecalling script generator in Hindi

Hindi scripts read badly when they are translated word for word from English. The Hindi output here is written the way sales calls actually sound: short sentences, आप forms throughout, and the English words customers use themselves, such as EMI, site visit, demo and WhatsApp. Hindi verbs change with the speaker, so the Caller choice switches lines such as “बोल रहा हूँ” and “बोल रही हूँ” or “भेज दूँगा” and “भेज दूँगी”. Names and the enquiry are inserted as you type them, in English letters or Devanagari. Tone, pace and handling a hesitant customer have a guide of their own: how to talk in telecalling.

Telecalling script generator example

An illustration with round numbers, not a customer result.

A rooftop solar installer in Guwahati hires 2 new telecallers to call 50 website enquiries a day. The sales head opens the generator, enters the company name, chooses Other as the industry, types “a rooftop solar system for your house” as the enquiry and picks Site visit as the next step, with “this Saturday morning” as the time. The English script is printed for one caller and the Hindi version for the other, who is more comfortable in Hindi. The sales head replaces the two general questions with two of their own, about the monthly electricity bill and the roof type, and keeps the other three parts as they are. After a week of calls the team adds a line about sharing roof photos on WhatsApp before the visit.

Telecalling script generator for teams

A shared script keeps a new team consistent, but it works only with the right list and the right follow-up. In Weo Dialer, telecallers work through assigned leads one after another, each call ends on a sheet that records the status, a remark and a callback time, and that remark is shown again the next time the customer is dialled. That remark is often a better opening line than any script. The full calling setup is on the CRM for telecallers page, and the WhatsApp message to send after each kind of call is in the WhatsApp message templates library.

Telecalling script generator limits

  • It writes openings, not conversations. Objections and long questions need a person who listens; practise those separately.
  • General questions for Other. If your industry is not listed, replace the two questions with your own.
  • Hindi only, no other regional languages. Marathi, Tamil, Bengali and other languages are not generated.
  • Calls must be wanted. A good script does not change who may be called. Call people who enquired, and stop when someone says no.

Telecalling script generator FAQ

Which telecalling script generator writes scripts in Hindi?

The best telecalling script generator for Hindi calls is one that writes everyday spoken Hindi in Devanagari and changes the verbs for a male or female caller, and the free generator on Weo Dialer's website does both. In the Weo Dialer app, the lead's status and last remark show on the call screen, which helps the caller adapt any script.

Is Weo Dialer a telecalling script generator?

Weo Dialer is a calling CRM app, and this telecalling script generator is a free tool on its website; the app itself does not write scripts. What it adds during a call is context: who is calling, their lead status and the note from last time, shown while it rings, plus an after-call sheet to save the outcome.

What are the 5 parts of a call script?

Introduction with your name and company, the reason for the call, permission to talk, two questions that uncover what the customer needs, and a next step with a day and time. Thanks come at the very end, once the next step is agreed.

Should a telecalling script change for each industry?

The order stays the same, but the two questions change. A property buyer is asked about budget and moving date, a parent about class and board, and a loan applicant about income and running EMIs. The generator picks the questions from the industry you choose.

How long should a telecalling script be?

Five or six sentences, short enough to say before the customer starts talking. The rest of the call is listening and answering, so the script only needs to open the conversation and close it with a next step.
