Weo Dialer

Auto redial app that gives every unanswered lead another chance to connect

Weo Dialer is an auto redial app built into the phone's dialer: when a lead does not answer, the number is called again by the retry rule you choose, on the phone's own SIM.

Is there an app that will auto redial?

Yes, an auto redial app such as Weo Dialer calls a number again when nobody answers. In a calling session it retries each unanswered lead 1 to 3 times at the moment you pick, and for one important number you choose how many tries to make and how long to wait between them.

Weo Dialer is an auto redial app for sales teams that call leads from Android phones, and it treats a number that rang out as the next step in the work, not the end of it. Inside a calling session, a lead who does not pick up can be called again 1, 2 or 3 times. You decide when those retries happen: straight after the miss, after a waiting period you set, or only when every other lead has been rung once. A ring limit ends each unanswered attempt, so the session never waits on a phone nobody will lift. For a single customer who matters today, one-number redial keeps trying that number with the count of tries and the gap you choose. Numbers that still never connect beyond your chosen limit collect in a lost leads list, one row per number. Every retry leaves from the handset’s own SIM through Weo Dialer, the calling CRM app from Weomate.

Auto redial app features

Feature What it does Best for
Session auto redial Calls an unanswered lead again 1, 2 or 3 times during an auto dialer session Lists where many people miss the first ring
Retry right away Places the retry straight after the missed attempt Customers who were simply slow to reach the phone
Retry after a set time Waits for the gap you set before trying again People in a meeting, at the counter or driving
Retry after the list Holds retries until every other number has had its first call Long lists, where fresh numbers should come first
One-number redial Keeps calling one number with the tries and gap you choose A hot lead or a customer waiting on a quote
Ring limit Ends an attempt that is not picked up within the time you set Not losing minutes to phones that ring out
Minimum call length Counts a lead as done only after a connected call of that length Calls that drop a moment after connecting
Lost leads list Lists each number that never connected past 60, 30 or 0 seconds A fresh attempt on a different day
Missed-call call-back A missed-call alert with one-tap call-back, SIM choice and WhatsApp Leads who ring back while you are on another call

Auto redial app retry timing

Each of the three timings fits a different reason someone did not answer, so pick the one that matches your customers rather than leaving the default.

Right away suits numbers where the first ring was probably cut short: the phone was in a bag, or the customer was in the next room. A second attempt a few seconds later can catch them as they reach for it.

After a set time suits working hours. A shopkeeper serving a customer at 11 am may be free twenty minutes later, so a delay gives the retry a far better chance than ringing again at once.

After the list suits big lists. Everyone gets a first call before anyone gets a second, so the session reaches the most new people per hour, and the retries land later in the shift when the earlier misses may be free.

Up to three retries are possible. Spacing them out reads as persistence; three back-to-back calls read as pestering, and a pestered customer is less likely to pick up next week.

Auto redial app for one number

Some calls cannot wait for the end of a list. A buyer said “call me at 4 about the booking amount”, or a dealer is waiting on your rate before placing an order. One-number redial is built for that single number: choose how many tries to make and how long to wait between them, and the phone works through them for you. Each try goes out from your normal mobile number, so the customer sees the same caller every time, not a string of unknown numbers.

The other half of redialling happens when the customer rings back. Weo Dialer shows a missed-call notification with a one-tap call-back (with a SIM choice) and a WhatsApp button, and when the lead calls in, the full-screen call screen shows the name, lead status and last remark before you answer.

Auto redial app vs redialling by hand

Redialling by hand means opening the call log, finding the number, tapping it and waiting, then trying to remember an hour later which numbers already had a second try. Most callers give up after one attempt simply because tracking the misses is tedious.

With retries set as a rule, nothing depends on memory. The session queues each miss by the timing you chose, the ring limit stops dead calls, and whatever is still unreached at the end lands in the lost leads list. The rest of the session settings, from the list you dial to the gap between calls, are explained on the auto dialer app page. Repeated attempts also inflate a raw call count, which is why the call analytics app page shows unique numbers beside total calls.

Auto redial app setup

  1. Make Weo Dialer the phone app. During the guided setup, allow the dialer role, notifications and alarms.
  2. Choose the list for the session from anything Weo Dialer can dial, such as leads you filtered, an import, call-log numbers, your own assigned leads or the follow-ups falling due today.
  3. Set the ring limit, so unanswered attempts end on time.
  4. Pick the retries: 1, 2 or 3, and their timing: immediately, after a wait you choose, or at the end of the list.
  5. Set the minimum call length that marks a lead as done.
  6. Start the session. It can be paused, skipped forward or stopped from any screen.
  7. Next morning, open the lost leads list and call those numbers at a different hour.

Auto redial app example

An illustration with round numbers, not a customer result.

A packers and movers company in Vadodara gets about 120 quote requests a day, from its website form and from ads that fill a Google Sheet. Three coordinators call them. Before, roughly 45 of the 120 did not answer the first call, and whether they were tried again depended on who remembered.

The team now runs each morning session with a 25-second ring limit and 2 retries after a set time of 30 minutes. Of the 45 misses, about 20 pick up on a retry, often people who were driving or in office meetings the first time. The remaining 25 or so end up in the lost leads list, and a coordinator calls them the next day before 9:30 am, when most people are still at home. One customer who asked to be called about a Saturday move gets one-number redial: three tries, ten minutes apart, until she answers on the second.

Auto redial app limits

Weo Dialer is the wrong choice when:

  • You want recorded messages played to people. A person talks on every call; robocalling is a different kind of product.
  • You need several lines ringing per agent. The app dials a single number at once on each phone, as a person would. The difference is explained in what is a power dialer.
  • You plan to call people who never asked to hear from you. Read auto dialing rules in India before you redial cold numbers at volume.
  • You want more than three retries in a session. The session limit is 3; for a single number, one-number redial lets you choose the tries.
  • Your callers use iPhones. Retry behaviour here is described for Android; ask on WhatsApp first.

Auto redial app FAQ

Which auto redial app works on a normal SIM?

The best auto redial app for Indian sales teams is one that retries from the SIM already in the phone, and Weo Dialer does that. On a dual-SIM phone you pick the SIM for each call or set a default business SIM, so a retry reaches the customer from the same familiar number as the first attempt.

Is Weo Dialer an auto redial app or a full dialer?

Weo Dialer is an auto redial app inside a complete phone dialer and calling CRM. Retries are one part of its auto dialer, set next to the ring limit, the gap between calls and the minimum call length that marks a lead as done.

Auto redial app kya hai?

Auto redial app woh app hai jo number na uthne par usi number ko apne aap dobara call karta hai. Weo Dialer mein aap 1 se 3 retry chun sakte hain: turant, kuch der baad, ya poori list khatam hone ke baad.

Is there an auto redial app for iPhone?

Weo Dialer has an iPhone app with every feature except the phone's call log. The redial behaviour on this page describes the Android app, so ask on WhatsApp how retries work on iPhone before you plan around it.

How many times should I redial a number that does not answer?

Weo Dialer allows 1 to 3 retries in a session. Spreading them out, for example one after a set time and one after the list, gives the person a chance to finish whatever kept them from answering, and spares them a row of missed calls from the same number.

What happens to numbers that never answer after the retries?

They stay in your leads. Every number that never connected past your chosen limit of 60, 30 or 0 seconds also shows once in the lost leads list, ready for a fresh session on another day or at another hour.
